Decisive in Practice: WRAP on Your Real Choices
Someone who meets a hard choice with a short, repeatable process (widening options, testing assumptions, gaining distance, planning to be wrong) instead of gut, a pros-and-cons list or waiting.
Chip and Dan Heath's WRAP process, practised on decisions you actually face. Each Station takes five minutes and one real step: widen your options, test what you assume, step back from the heat, plan for being wrong. It won't make hard choices painless or guarantee good outcomes. It will catch the mistakes that cost the most, while you can still change course.
