Learn Man's Search for Meaning by using it

Someone with a written why, who can find meaning in their work, the people they love and what they can't change, and who can loosen anxious loops with two of Frankl's tools.

This isn't a book report. Frankl survived Auschwitz and Dachau, and his ideas only matter if they hold up on an ordinary Tuesday. In five minutes a day you'll choose your attitude, write down a why, look for meaning in deeds, people and suffering you can't avoid, and test two logotherapy techniques on real worries. It can get heavy. This is reflection, not therapy.

    Seven days with one fear

Pick one specific recurring fear and apply paradoxical intention to it every day for seven days. Each time, note in one line what happened to the anxiety: did it rise, hold or fade? Choose an everyday fear, not one tied to real danger or a serious condition.
