Master Your Focus

Someone who decides what deserves their attention, protects one deep block a day, and returns to it calmly when the day pulls them away.

You won't be told to try harder. You'll learn how attention actually works, then build a system around it: one essential intent, a timeboxed day, a deep block your calendar protects, and a plan for the pull you feel inside. Five minutes a day, twelve Stations. Some days will still go sideways — the system is what brings you back.

    The first protected block

Three days in a row: one 60-minute deep block, phone in another room, started at the time you wrote down the night before and finished as planned. Not a perfect week — three days. Write down the start time and the one thing you moved forward. If a day collapses, nothing is lost; you simply start counting again tomorrow.

    Destination: Attention Architect

Your one-page focus system exists on paper and has been running for two weeks: the essential intent at the top, the timeboxed day, the deep block ritual, the internal-trigger plan, your energy map, and a weekly review you have actually done twice. The deep block is on your calendar every workday — and you can point to the work it produced.
